Nita Chase

Nita Chase is a native of Mississippi community.

Nita started her legal career with legal services divorces, adoptions, and civil matters. She has also served in Air Force for almost 10 years. After leaving the Air Force she started her own law firm and worked a variety of civil cases and criminal cases before becoming a founding member of Chase Chase and Associates. Her experience as an officer in the military and as a lawyer has helped her understands the legal needs and hardships of the military community.

Since joining Chase Chase and Associates as a founding member Nita has worked in variety of legal matters including: personal injury, divorce, adoption, Guardian Ad Litem (a court appoint representative of the interests of a child in a divorce or parentals rights case), worker’s compensation, child support, and much more.
